*Es el tercer disco estudio de la banda de heavy metal britanica Iron Maiden, el cual se lanzo en 1982. Se acusaba a Maiden de que muchas de sus canciones y su icono (como Eddie) eran satanicos y causo mucho rechazo en algunos sectores conservadores de la sociedad britanica; no obstante este es uno de los trabajos mas conocidos de la banda y mas reconocidos por sus millones de seguidores a nivel mundial, posee varias de las canciones mas importantes de la historia del metal como "The Number of the Beast" y "Run to the Hills", es mas este album es uno de los grandes albumes de la historia de la musica contemporanea y mas aun del heavy metal. La BBC music le realizo un documental en su serie Classic Albums y segun la revista Guitar World lo coloca en el puesto 17 de la lista "100 Greatest Guitar Albums of All Time".Para todos ustedes les dejo este mitico disco.
